Bookstore + Wes Anderson Themed Hudson Wedding

A unique ceremony at their favorite bookstore. A Wes Anderson Themed reception. Catering by an authentic BBQ food truck. It’s days like this that reinforce just how god damn awesome my job is.

I had the greatest pleasure running around Hudson, NY with Kyle and Kania while they shared their absolutely beautiful love (and incredible style) with their closest family and friends. We started the day at Spotty Dog’s Books & Ale, where they tied the knot at an intimate ceremony surrounded by loved ones and hundreds of books. After visiting a few fun spots around Hudson, we made our way over to Joe’s Garage to put on the final touched to the Wes Anderson themed reception hall. You could see guests’ faces light up as they walked into the amazing world Kyle and Kania created. And what’s a better way to end the day than with delicious BBQ straight from a food truck? Honestly, it was hard to focus on the job when those smells started wafting into the room. I may have snuck in a few bites ;)
